Terms and Conditions
1. Payment is required before delivery. Payment can be made by credit/debit card or by cheque. If payment is made by cheque, please allow extra time for delivery of your order, as we do not dispatch goods until the cheque has cleared through our bank.
2. Subject to goods being in stock, orders will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt on a 1 day courier service or first class post. .
3. Postage and Packaging is free on orders of £50 or more. Smaller value orders are usually subject to a £2.20 postage and packaging charge (dependent upon size and weight of package. Please see *note below). All items are sent 1st class via Royal Mail within 48 hours and with ‘proof of postage’. We are happy to offer ‘next day’ delivery at extra cost. Please email us before completing checkout.

5. We do not take responsibility for items damaged in the post. We cannot claim for breakages and/or shortages and therefore cannot replace or credit anything for you.

RETURNS:
Once the items have been used they cannot be returned. Please read the product description before purchasing to avoid disappointment. Where appropriate the size of the product is normally stated in the product description. We only except returns for faulty items or items which have been incorrectly described in the product description.
**Note: All our Bridal Corsets and Wedding Lingerie are non-refundable. **
New changes to P&P: Due to the cost increase with Royal mail, we have made some changes to our postage & Package procedure which will be beneficial also to the customer. Every item has been given an approx. weight (including, package materials), therefore a small to medium item can now be sent for £1.20 instead of £2.20, however, the more items you buy the higher the postage cost, unless the order is over £50.00 to qualify for FREE P&P
